She has spent her career in People & Culture roles across banking, insurance, media, telecommunications and the not-for-profit sector, partnering with senior leaders. She’s sat in the rooms where big decisions get made and supported hundreds of leaders and individuals to navigate change with clarity and confidence.

The moments that have stayed with Lisamarie across all of those years have always been the coaching conversations. The leader who finally articulated what they actually wanted. The professional who stopped apologising for their ambition. The person who arrived feeling stuck and left with a plan they actually believed in.

That's why she founded re:align coaching, to focus entirely on the work she finds most meaningful. Coaching mid-career professionals and the organisations who invest in them, through the moments that matter most.

Lisamarie’s approach combines the commercial rigour of a senior People & Culture leader with genuine curiosity and a deep belief that your best work might still be ahead of you. Outside of work Lisamarie is a mother and wife, so she knows firsthand that life rarely fits neatly around a job description. That lived experience shapes everything about how she shows up for her clients.
